All you guys that are waiting on NVMe bios mods, don't worry the 950pro already works with my rampage formula IV and the Asus m2 hyper pci-e express card. I have the 256gb version and am running win 10, and bolts latest but one bios.

Link to the cards in the uk https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus-hyper-m.2-x4-pci-e-mini-adapter-card-black-pcb-hd-032-as.html
If anyone wants to know my settings just post.

I've already mentioned not modding any BIOS with NVME support due to issues that could arise on a per user basis.

Alright Sir, I thought NVME and AHCI was different. Thanks.

Alright, I will wait for the availability in France. Thanks.

Not sure how much marketing it was, but Gibbo the guy that runs the site was saying he had the entire stock for Europe. You could try their German parent company caseking...

Last night I tried the Hyper M.2 X4 from the X99 Deluxe on the RIVBE, did not help, I was able to install Windows on the SM951 AHCI, but could not boot win 10.

Hi BOLTS4BREKFAST first of all thanks for your hard work doing all these favors 🙂 I just have a quick question, I am
doing a clean Win 10 install on my Rampage IV Extreme and I will not use RAID but want to be able to use the latest
IRST software along with latest AHCI drivers. So which file should I download ? Since there is only one 4901 RIVE Bios
file will this work for me also? I've read all the posts but I am confused now cause something about AHCI was
mentioned for 4901 RIVE bios. Thanks in advance

Ok. both UUSLU and THAPHAT try this.

* These files are provided and modded by Fernando at www.win-raid.com

1st - remove any intel RST software/driver you might have installed.

NOW:
Download this: http://1drv.ms/1JcSlYM (file called "1st.rar")
Extract the contents of the file.
Open "Win-RAID CA Certificate" folder.
double click/run "ImportCertificate.cmd" file in the folder. (at the prompt, hit "y" to install the certificate)
(This installs the certificate needed to install the modified driver) IT IS SAFE!

After the certificate is installed... you must MANUALLY install the driver by going to device manager and going under "storage controllers"
and load the driver there by pointing to where you extracted the contents of the file "1st.rar"

After the driver is loaded. Please reboot your computer.

2nd - Now download this: http://1drv.ms/1OVkuQF (File called "2nd.rar")
Extract the contents of the file.
Double click/run "RST_x64.msi" file.
This will install Intel RST 14.8.0.1042
Reboot PC after successful install.
Let me know if it helps. Again, thanks to Fernando for providing this modded driver/intel rst app. 🙂
