UPDATE : After test dozen times with Intel RST 14.6.1.1030 driver. I've found that

Intel 8 Series SATA AHCI Controller in those drivers pack perform best in class of those drivers pack!

When test with Samsung 850PRO magicial software benchmark.

Sorry, I can't find anything with upper link. I still can't install Intel Rapid Storage Technology 14.6.1.1030 WHQL app on Windows 10 now. But the Intel RST 13.1 can detect the driver version 14.6.1.1030

Could we use Intel RST 13.1 app with 14.6.1.1030 driver ? or How should I do to install Intel RST 14.6 app?
Please advise.

BOLTS4BREKFAST, i have a RAMPAGE IV BLACK EDITION, and i flashed your modded 801 bios.

My question is: is it malicious software free? are you from asus team?

I was looking for a way to update my cpu microcode and your modded bios solved...

Thanks

Luiz

Glad it was helpful! No I'm not associated with Asus in any way. I'm just a consumer of Asus products. None of the BIOS files contain anything malicious at all. I do this as a service to my fellow Asus users and also for myself 😀

Would it be possible to get a modded BIOS for Sabertooth X79 or is it too different?

Ask and you shall receive my friend 🙂

Click on the "onedrive" link the first post of this thread.. and look for the Sabertooth X79 folder. I modded both 4801 and 4701 BIOS for this board since 4801 is a beta bios...

Feel free to leave feedback!

I'm working on upgrading all current BIOS's that are listed in the onedrive link to latest RST 14.7.0.2341 EFI/ROM module.
It will take some time. I will post again when they're all done. Thanks!

That is service... wish ASUS would do that. I know X79 is not in its update cycle but it should be. Thank you and let you know when I get the beast set up 🙂
