What settings did you have in the boot menu?? ok so I could be some sort of OROM on the 950pro itself. As your sm951 is an oem drive you may need the Samsung efi dxe. Some dude on overclock.net got the same drive as you working with it. You'll have to mod your bios though, look at fernando's winraid forums for that. Good luck

@ THAPHAT:
Either your downloaded package is corrupted or the installer cannot read the download folder path.
I recommend to re-download the 2nd.rar package, unzip it somewere outside the C:\Users directory and re-run the file named RST_x64.msi.
My current System:
MB: ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Prof. Gaming i7, CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K, Disk Drives: 250 GB Samsung 970 EVO NVMe SSD + 1 TB Samsung 850 EVO SATA SSD, Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 530, OS: Win10 Pro x64

Thank you very much for your kindness. I'd able to install Intel RST 14.8.1082 WHQL for my system completely. And the next steps from above were here.

After Fernaldo advise I'd extract the files to folder C:\RST.

At the end of all process after restart my PC. Intel Rapid Storage Technology 14.8.0.1082 WHQL running smoothly on our X79
