Lockups in the BIOS menu

Changing anything relating to my memory seems to immediately lock my BIOS up and force me to reboot. IE selecting DOCP 2 then changing it to 4 then back to 2 causes an immediate lockup.

I was mostly stable following my adventures here https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?93461-Sanity-Check-Boot-Failures&p=652081#post652081
Fairly content with CPU at 3.8 and memory at 3000 with only a few cold boot issues. While atempting to work on and issue I atempted to disable SMT and now face a monster of a time getting anything to stick in my BIOS.

Anyone else having this issue?

I did have the issue when I first flashed 9920, it's most likely corruption on BIOS
I solved it by doing those steps, worked for me, and haven't had issue afterward
