any news about ZEN3 support on Crosshair VII?

going to replace 3900x with 5900x straight from the start, it would be awesome if i could use it....

Yes, C7H is a extreme solid board, it will run 5900X as good as any X570/B550. But it will miss out on some features, like smart access memory, and of course it's PCIE 3.0. Maybe 5-10% slower with the 6-series cards, but in all other regards as good

I have a 5950X arriving today and really hope for a beta bios sooner than january, since Asus released some support for 400series boards.

Installed the latest BIOS, C7H (no WiFi) - works fine so far with a 3900X and old 3200 CL16 Ripjaws4 RAM (4x4GB).
No issues detected.

Have not tried an overclock with it yet, not really needed (streaming PC, will only do multithreading work, no reason to OC anything there).
If i bump into something weird, i let you know.

So far the only weird thing was - the BIOS refused to read the names of the M.2 SSD (just SATA, not NVME but in the M.2 slot) and the USB drive - it just showed them blank with their capacity in the boot menu. This is minor, since everything worked, just missing names.
