Help with NEW AMD build 5800x

Hey all
i just built a new pc as prices droped significent.

Mobo: ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero
Cpu 5800x
memory amd optimized corsair 3600
noctua NH-D15s

so when gaming n sit 70c on CPU and arround 60-65 on cores.
i ran CB23 and peaked at 84c on cpu and cores wher arrond 79-85c

From what i understand this is normal?
i have set optimized default in bios and then set the ram to the amd profile.
