Apologies, you're right the F doesn't have USB Flashback. The latest UEFI will support your CPU however there's no reason to update till such a time you need to, so may as well wait and then proceed to use EZFLash. Unless I am missing something?

Hello,

You should be fine, however, if concerned about breaking functionality you can just wait till you need to flash before removing the CPU. Or better still simpy use USBFlashback.
