IF you're running 9943/45 it's in the DRAM Timings section of the Extreme Tweaker down towards the bottom. It's there along with the new location of ProcODT (which still appears in the AMD CBS section but no longer does anything there).
Of course, your memory has to be able to handle it. Mine doesn't, it's 2T or it doesn't work reliably (won't pass stress test).
If you are not already on 9943/45 you'll probably need to use them. There were some other BIOS that allowed 1T above 2666 but I don't remember what they were (maybe that was BIOS 0083?) I could run 1T on this memory at lower speeds, but not at 3200.

Thank you for your precise informations. Now i am able to run my Corsair 3200Mhz 2x16GB Sticks with 2933Mhz with these timings, because they are the same.
One Question:
Do you still have booting issues when you unplug the power cord from the PC? (complete settings reset when training failed) (i readed something on overclock.net)
Or maybe you know a nice tip^^.
P.S. all economy features are disabled (EuP, ...)

No, haven't had the boot issue with my kit.
Did you set the DRAM boot voltage in the Digi Power options to whatever you're using in the Extreme Tweaker for the DRAM voltage? On cold boot from power up it will set the DRAM to that voltage before training, but if it defaults the RAM may not pass. On "warm boot" the voltage is likely already set.
That's about all I can think of, sorry.
