6 beep at boot on Crosshair 8 impact then it stop and all seems normal,

as the title says, anyone got a clue what this is ? it worries me a little bit 😉

latest bios, windows 11.

From what I can find 6 beeps at boot seems to be gpu related if you’re using a dedicated gpu try reseating it. If that doesn’t work or you don’t have a dedicated gpu try reseating the cpu if you still get the 6 beeps try reseating everything connected to the board. It might be worth trying to boot with everything out of the case and only have essential things connected.

but everything works normal afterward, that's the thing, it only beep at start and then all is good...

fixed, just so you know, it was one of my HD who was defective, i actually forgot i had it since i never used it.
