The ethernet adapter comes with my motherboard ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING.
I can neither uncheck "Allow device to wake up the PC" nor check "Allow only Magic Packets" on device settings in Device Manager.
I tried updating drivers, both from intel page and from my motherboard's support page.
I'm sure it's the ethernet adapter cause disabling it via the control panel solves the issue.
I really can't get why the options in Device Manager are greyed out.
I've already asked in Windows forum, they told me to ask in Intel's forum. I asked in Intel's forum, they told me to ask here.
Power on by WOL in BIOS is disabled. Enabling it doesn't fix the situation.
Thanks for your time.

You're welcome
All right, so you already have that setting disabled.
I see there is a fix with modifying the registry, but before messing with that, check your network adapter properties.
I'll do it in steps to make it easier.
1) Open Control Panel
2) Click Network and Internet
3) Click view network status and tasks
4) Click on your Internet adapter
5) Click properties
6) Click Configure
7) Click the Advanced tab
😎 Scroll down to Wake on Magic Packet
9) Set Wake on Magic Packet to Disabled
10) Click OK
11) Restart your pc
Give this a try. If it doesn't work, you can go back in and set it back to enabled.

Hello SanCigo
Check if you have this setting.
In the bios, Advanced tab, APM Configuration, check that Power On By PCI-E is set to Disabled.

Thank you very much, I don't know why I forgot about that. It seems to work, I'll close the thread in the next days if I see it works.
Weird that in Windows forum they weren't able to tell me this thing lol.
Thanks a lot again!

Good to hear that fixed the Wake on Lan issue.
Test for a while, if all is good, you can mark my post as the accepted solution.
Thank you and have a great day !

Thank you, the problem was solved! Just to help also other people that might read this in the future, I also disabled together with the above option the "Wake on Pattern Match" and "Wake from S5 on Magick Packet", just to be sure.
