Dram qvl

Hi,

i am using this memory modules;

G.SKILL RIPJAWS V
F4-3200C16Q-32GVK
DDR4-3200 PC4-25600
8192MB x 4
CL16-16-16-36 1.35v

and they are working fine.
there is only one bad thing i cant run them at 3200 mhz because when i try to it starts a reboot loop.
the F4-3200C16Q-32GVK module is not listed in the QVL should i buy new memory modules or i am fine with what i ve got?

this one is similiar to mine (size, timing, voltage) and its in QVL:

I think that a problem in 4 memory modules.
Can will work with two normally?

is it wrong to use this memory modules? should i switch them to some QVL?

At this stage there are problems with use of 4 modules on high frequencies
2666 or below it seems shall work

Eventually you might be able to run those at full speed, but it'll likely be quite a few BIOS versions in the future.

If you really want to, you can exchange them for something else. But if you do, I'd recommend 2x16GB sticks instead of 4x8GB sticks.

what is the difference between 2x16gb and 4x8gb and which kind of memory modules can you recommend me (mhz, timing, voltage)

It's better to use fewer RAM sockets with Ryzen. It's more stable and should allow higher speeds and maybe even tighter timings. So if you want 32GB, get a 2x16GB kit.

If I had to buy a 32GB kit, I would get the G.Skill TridentZ F4-3200C14D-32GTZ or one of the colored variants of it.

I have the F4-3600C16D-16GTZR kit and it's running at 3219 (100.6MHz BCLK with the DDR4-3200 setting) 14-14-14-14-34-2T at 1.351v, but that's a 16GB kit.
