- Other fixes as well, but nothing that was mentioned here IIRC

Please note that in order to have this BIOS update fix the sensor issues, you need to only use software which relies on our new interface. I'll try to compile a list of what's safe at a later time.

I'm looking into the issues with graphics cards only running at x8, got nothing concrete yet.

Yea, now Asus just needs to get 1.0.0.3ab to us, and stop being obsessed with PCI Express 4.0 support.

Is that seriously the reason why they're behind literally every single other mobo manufacturer?!
HEY ASUS! GUESS WHAT? WE DON'T CARE ABOUT PCIE 4, WE CARE ABOUT OUR PC POST-ING AND ACTUALLY WORKING AFTER WAITING WEEKS FOR AN UPDATE!:mad:

Whats worse is that the 1.0.0.2 agesa breaks stability for 1 and 2k ryzens.

2501 released.
Should I be afraid?

Why are there two different places to configure PBO in UEFI 2406?

1) Extreme Tweaker -> Precision Boost Overdrive
2) Advanced -> AMD CBS -> NBIO Common Options -> XFR Enhancement -> Accepted -> Precision Boost Overdrive

Setting PBO to Enabled in option #1 does not change the setting in #2 (which is Auto).

Why are there two places to set PBO?
Why does changing one PBO setting not also change the other?

It's always been this way.

Wrong. UEFI 0804 did not have the PBO option in Extreme Tweaker, only in the Advanced page.

Anyway, which setting is the "real" one? They are independent of each other, so setting one does not change the other.
Does just one need to be set and the other can be ignored?
Do they perform the same function in the BIOS (in code) or are there internal functional differences that are not visible to the user?

I just set them both.

Guys I wanted to ask your opinion about a strange issue I deal with.

I am using DP to connect my monitor with my graphic card and in order to work that right I have to disable CSM from Bios. Does anyone know why I cannot have CSM enable while I use DP port in this motherboard (C7HWiFi)?

Other than that, every time I update the Bios from the EZ Asus Bios Update utility trough the bios menu, after the restart CSM goes enable again and I had to connect an HDMI cable on my system (monitor with graphic card) in order to enter Bios again, disable CSM and then unplug the HDMI cable so that I can use the DP I want. If I don't change to HDMI mode, I just watching a black screen and the logo on my monitor that indicates that I am using DP connection which after 6 or 7 times the monitor goes totally blank and nothing happens. That is a pain to do it every time a new Bios is out and I wonder if I do something wrong or I have a faulty mobo to change so many times DP and HDMI connections after every Bios upgrade.

Any thoughts or opinions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Edit: Notice that I never tried to update Bios from the button the mobo has after entering the flash in the bios port and pressing the button underneath it.
