- Fixed HAMP FAN source can't be set properly
- Supposedly fixes issues with some keyboards not working in UEFI
- Other fixes as well, but nothing that was mentioned here IIRC
- We're going straight for 1.0.0.6, target is end of October.

Please note that in order to have this BIOS update fix the sensor issues, you need to only use software which relies on our new interface. I'll try to compile a list of what's safe at a later time.

I'm looking into the issues with graphics cards only running at x8, got nothing concrete yet.

Anyone else notice their CPU fan ramped to 100 regardless of BIOS settings with this new BIOS? my EKWB DDC pump is set connected to my CPU PWM header and the pump ignores my BIOS setting and is ramping constantly.

Good goin Stalkhom, Hopefully Asus brings out an updated bios to fix this issue.

disregard

I too am having issues with my corsair aio cooler and power supply after those bios updates. Both usb devices fail to detect and device manager just has an unrecognised usb device. Trying generic usb hub or specific corsair drivers ends with error 30 failed to start the device.

I'm using the corsair commander fan hub to extend the onboard usb header into 3 slots. 1 to motherboard, 1 to psu and 1 to the aio.

i've rolled back to previous icue and corsair link versions to no avail, but as soon as rolling the bios back all corsair software versions work correctly. It's most definately a bios issue introduced since agesa 1006 or 1103.

Anyone using here W7? Mind share about CSM options?

Hello guys and happy new year.

I used to have Bios Version 1103 where everything seemed to run ok at default settings. I had not the time to do any OC, so today when I saw the new BIOS 1201, I thought "now is my chance to fool around with the system after I upgrade the BIOS Version" (I am using Ryzen 2700x and the WiFi Version of mobo).

Well, nothing went as I planned to... I downloaded the BIOS, I extracted the file into my flash, I renamed it to C7WIFI.CAP and I entered to BIOS Menu. I updated the bios from the file I had into my flash drive and when the update finished successful I did the usual restart. Now, I cannot see ANYTHING, no bios entering message, no windows NOTHING AT ALL. I am just watching in a black screen and the monitor message when switching to Display Port. Nothing else. As I am starting to freak out, is there anyone who can help me bring up at least my initial settings so that I can keep going with my system?

Thanks in advance

Friendly

Try power down (turning off PSU directly) then removing the coin battery from the board for an hour or overnight. I had an instance where my system would do the same thing though turned out to be the monitor wouldn't restart correctly with my system so I had to unplug the monitor power cable and plug back in. Are there any Q-Codes?

Thanks a lot for your answer. I see a lot of Q-codes when all this happen but after the first 10-15 secs it seems to "stack" at code 24. I read through the manual:
"0x20 system is waking up from the S2 Sleep State"

Any info to what does that mean?

Edit: I tried to unplug the battery and leave it without battery for nearly an an hour or so. I then plugged the battery with no success. I tried to downgrade the bios to version 1103 from the flash usb port and then again nothing happened. Now it stacks at code "0d". I tried again with the 1201 version with the same way and again nothing at all. The screen seems to take signal from the card but I cannot see anything. And all of these started when I installed the 1201 version and while it seemed to have been installed successfully. I contacted with the store I bought it 2 months ago and if I cannot do anything until tomorrow unfortunately I will send it back. I just hope they can fix it or they can send me a new one...
