Crosshair VI Hero error 22 on cold boot

Systematically, with each cold start, the motherboard goes into error 22. I have to shut down via the power button and restart. The I come across a POST error that tells me to change the bios settings.
I do F1 and once on the bios I do F10, save and it starts ...

i'm on 1403 Bios with a 1700x @ 3.9Ghz and 4x 8gb DDR4 G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3600Mhz@ 3200mhz

Have you used any software that modifies the DRAM RGB pattern? Do you still get the issue with the memory running at 2666 MHz?
