Chipset Drivers from AMD?

Hi Rog-community,

I am a proud owner of ASUS ROG STRIX X470-I motherboard. I have installed the chipset drivers from the Asus-site. I would like to know if it is better to install the latest chipset drivers from the AMD-site?

Yes, AMD chipset drivers from the AMD website are more recent and thus recommended.
Only when troubleshooting specific issues, you can try drivers form Asus website.

Hello,

Yes the latest version of the drivers is likely the best option, it's also wise to use these if experiencing any of AMD's USB drop out problems when paired with a PCIE 4.0 enabled GPU.
