Running great here, same as 4002. No more BSOD's during gaming as in 3904. Keepers for me.
AMD 5900X
Asus Crosshair VIII Dark Hero
64GB G. Skill 3600Mhz C16
Cooler Master Master Liquid PL360 Flux
Be Quiet Dark Power 12 Pro 1500Watt
2 x Samsung 980Pro 1TB
1 x 10TB WD Black
1 x Asus Strix RTX 3080Ti OC
CoolerMaster C700M
Samsung G7 Odyssey 32inch

Bios 4004
Has lowered Temps / Vcore
Looks like the Vcore is not as aggressive when running idle
I get around 0.91v which keeps my 5900 around 36-40c idle...

Best Bios so far (at least for me and 5900x)

Did you run any pre/post update benchmarks?
Reduced idle temps is good, i just hope that it was intended

I've experienced an issue with the 4004 BIOS breaking Armoury Crate RGB with the GEN2_1 header on my Dark Hero board. With the 4004 BIOS installed if I completely uninstall Armoury crate then any RGB on that header turns on. As soon as Armoury Crate installs and enables any ARGB devices stop working on that particular header unless I set it to a Static Color only. I have also done a complete un-install and re-install of Armoury Crate once the 4004 BIOS is installed and the issue continues.

If I downgrade the BIOS to the previous 3904 version (or at least what can be downgraded with that version) then the full ARGB control returns once Armoury Crate is running.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
Mobo: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero
GPU: EVGA 3090 FTW3 Ultra
Memory: 32GB GSkill TridentZ Neo 3600 Mhz - CL16
SSD: 500gb Samsung 970 Plus, 1TB Samsung 980
PSU: Corsair HX850
Case: Lian Li O11D-XL
Cooling: Custom water cooled CPU & GPU

One ARGB port not working after the 4004 update. I updated from 3801 to 4004. The second ARGB port (bottom side port) working normally but the first one (Near onboard power button) has completely died after the bios update. I downgrade to 3801 again and fortunately, it starts working again.

Same thing with me - I find both headers only work if I disable the LED strip in Aura sync or if I select a static colour.
If I choose a basic effect, only the second header works. If I use a custom one from Aura Creator, neither of them work.

Something is very glitched with this. Glad I'm not the only one though.

Exactly. Are you using the latest bios with the bug or downgraded? 3904 have some problem so I'm using 3801.

I just noticed this thread if for the C8H WiFi - I'm using the C8 Formula
I didn't have any issues with 3904 - this is just since the update to 4004.
I'm sticking with 4004 for now, just disabled the sync with the LED strip and it defaults to rainbow, which I can live with for now, but very annoying.
