Can't use all 4 ram slots on ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming Wifi ii

Hey all,  please see below, I've had my PC upgraded but can't seem to use ram slot 3. Any suggestions?

Parts: 

AMD Ryzen 7 5800x

ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming Wifi ii

2 x G.Skill 32GB (2x16GB) F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC Trident Z Neo

Issues: 

I cannot get my PC to boot when using all 4 of my ram sticks. When connecting any combination of 2 ram sticks into slots 1/2 or 2/4 I can get the PC to boot. Any combination into 1/3 or 3/4 will cause the ram check light on the PC to stay orange and the fans will start working hard but the computer won't boot. Does anyone have any suggestions on things to try?

Have you been able to boot with all 4 sticks or are you still having this issue? Cause my PC did the same thing last week and now my brother's is doing it as well.
