Can't manually set SOC voltage?

I can't enter a manual SOC voltage with my CH7 Hero. I tried to just type in a number, but nothing happens.

This might sound silly but did you select manual mode and enter the voltage in the right text box?

Also when you say nothing happens, do you mean after a reboot?

When I select manual mode I cannot type in the text box.
