Bus speed problems

I've noticed the last couple days that my bus speed has been lowering itself , normally it is at 99.7 to 99.9mhz without altering bus speed (with AI Suite), but right now it bounces between 98.0 to 99.3mhz. If in Windows I set it to like 101mhz it will sit at 99.6 or 99.9mhz, but if I apply it within the BIOS, it will behave the same as if I set it on auto. So is this just normal a thing that happens, or is this an aging thing or is there something wrong?

specs for reference
Ryzen 7 1700X;
no OC, just clocked at auto
regular CPU voltage set at 1.26V detected at 1.264V
SOC: 1.1V
DRAM 3133mhz, 14-14-15-34-49, 1.34V detected at 1.351V
one giant Noctua cooler with the fans barely spinning

the only big change to my settings is raising the memory clocks, this system has been running with no component changes since March of last year

The Asus EPU power controll thingy, controlls the FSB.
