Boot Loop on DOCP

Hello, I have been trying to solve this issue for the better part of a week now, and I've had no lucky fixing this. I recently noticed that my ram is at 2100 mhz instead of the rated 3200, even though I thought that I turned on DOCP/XMP 2 years ago when I got the computer, but I guess not.

When I attempted to turn on DOCP, my computer enters into a boot loop with the yellow and red light alternating, until eventually it boots into safe mode and brings me back to bios. The DOCP profile on the main page does indeed show that I have it selected to 3200mhz, but it's still stuck to 2100. I have (probably) read all the forum posts on this issue, and I have noticed that people who also have this issue, have a mix of similar parts (ram, motherboard, cpu), but never the same exact parts; but my best guess is that the issue is in the ram and motherboard combo.The

Things I've tried:

  • Flashing the newest BIOS as of right now (5013)
  • Changing and Swapping the Ram slots, none of them work with DOCP
  • Ai Overclock Tuner -> D.O.C.P
  • Setting memory frequency to lower states (as low as 2300, ANY change in mhz will boot loop the pc)
  • OC Tuner -> OC Tuner (I don't remember the exact setting I just remember messing with it and it didn't work)
  • MemCadBusAddrCmdDrvStren or AddrCmdDrvStren -> 30 Ohn
  • VDDCR SOC Voltage -> Manual and offset (tried legit every mode there is, with different voltages going way above the defualt)
  • DRAM Voltage -> Went as high as 1.4V, but still no go
  • VDDG IOD Voltage -> Went up to 1V
  • CPU SOC Current Telemetry -> Set to manual something
  • Fast boot off

I've probably tried more things which I can't remember, but I've noticed that there were A LOT of solutions to this for many different people, but none of them worked for me, and I'm starting to believe this might just be a bad unlucky hardware combo.

My Parts:

  • Tuf Gaming X570-Plus (Wifi)
  • Ryzen 9 5900X. 12-Core, 3701 Mhz
  • Vengence Pro 32gb (2 x 16gb)
  • NVIDIA EVGA 3060 Ti

I'm honestly not expecting anybody to have a solution to this, but I'm open to any suggestions.
Thank you.

Nobody replied, which isn't very surprising, but in the end after a week of trying I finally got it to work. How you may ask? I have no ******ing idea. It started working randomly when I changed CPU and Ram voltages, but I don't know why it only started working after I've attempted to do it 20 times prior. If you are also having this problem, just keep trying for hours, it will work eventually after many hours of crying and desperation.
