AGESA 1.0.0.3 ABB for C7H?

Linux doesn't boot on C7H with a new AMD 3700X due to the RDRAND bug. Is a beta bios out yet, or is there an ETA for when this will be fixed? I believe ASUS needs to roll in the new AGESA 1.0.0.3 ABB into their BIOS.
