Aura Sync not recognizing X470-F Gaming Motherboard

Hi,

My motherboard is no longer being recognized by Aura sync. I have updated BIOS, installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the Aura software but it does not recognize my motherboard or the Wraith cooler RGB attached.

The RGB still strobes when turned on in BIOS but Aura sync will not control it. My ASUS Rog Strix vid card RGB is recognized and controlled fine.

Reverting Aura sync to the motherboard disk version does not fix the issue.

Yes Aura service is running.

I think the issue is bios related as well. I've reverted to 4804 bios and now the rgb led are showing in the main screen.

However I can't find a version of Aura that will allow me to control both my motherboard led and my rog strix 2070S led at the same time.

Any version of Aura other than the one that shipped with the board doesn't recognize the motherboard led. Only sees the vid card.

It's incredibly frustrating.

heyy can u help me ? i have the same specs, and i updated the bios to the newest one, my mothrrbord is not showing in asus aura sync or any other  rgb softwares, ( fresh clean win 10 3 time , i did downgrade bios and nothing changes)
