Well, what the title says is what it happens, i don't have anything in the pciex16_2, but i have an NVME on the m.2 socket 3 which it shouldn't affect at all but i guess it does.
My 9070 xt pulse isn't able to work at 3.0 x16 lanes (32GB/s), it does at 3.0 x8 (8GB/s) with my 5800x3d as a CPU.
I tried all in the bios but nothing worked, i'm on the last version 6132 bios too. Hwinfo, GPU-Z all them inform me me that is working at pcie 3.0 x8 from a potential of pcie 5.0 x16
Anyone of you know how to make it work for any chance? ty
