Hi Guys, I think this is my first time posting here and for the most part that is because up until now this mobo has been working great for me, but the problem is my RAM clocks are no longer stable. I am the type of guy that does an annual to semi annual windows refresh along with adopting any new drivers that show up for my hardware, this includes updating my bios. The last BIOS I installed was 5220 and since then about a month ago this computer has been giving me all kinda of heck.
I use to stay on top of things but I really don't have the time any more. I understand that the bios updates have not effected the processor I am using for some time after reading a bit of this form, but I dont have time to read through the entire forum back to front. I am fully willing to spend a day fighting with my system rolling back to a previous bios if it means I can get though another year without having to touch any settings. At this point I am not trying to get any thing crazy out of my system just 4Ghz all core on a Ryzen 5 2600 with 3400 MHz on my G.Skill Hynix 16 Gb kit should be easy. Any help or links to posts that could help would be much appreciated.

if youre using 2nd gen cpu dont go over 4804, any bios after that you loose pe3 and 4, but from my experience, you can get better ram oc on the newer bios.

Hi,
I am getting a Supreme-FX pop-up window asking me "Which device did you plug in?" (options are "Headphone" or "Front Speaker Out") at random times. , when there has been nothing plugged in or out.
This only started happening after I upgraded the HDDs from two 4TB WD Reds to a 6TB WD Blue and a 6TB Seagate Barracuda, and seems to happen when the drives spin up (although I am not sure of that). Otherwise, the system has been working fine for the last 18 months.
I have a CoolerMaster HAF XB EVO case, and had the front-panel wires properly connected to the MB.
To try and fix the problem, I disconnected the audio wires from the front panel (i.e. no longer plugged into the MB), but the problem still occurs.
Does anyone have any helpful thoughts?
Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I am still getting these pop-ups after disabling depop.
