Ok, no problem. I'll try and set the overclocking manually and see what happens.
As a matter of interest, which Windows power plan are you guys using?

My issue is that even though I have a Kraken X62 installed the CPU is running at, what I consider, really high temperatures slowing down the performance of the CPU. Idle temps are between 40c-50c and under gaming or benchmarking load it is between 80-90c. I've built quite a few machines over the years so I have eliminated the usual culprits of bad heat paste distribution/bad cooler. I had the same issue with the stock cooler hence the reason I bought the Kraken X62 but seeing almost the exact same temperatures.
I've played around with the features in the BIOS trying to bring down the high temps. The reason I think the temps are so high is the base voltage for the CPU, which is auto-configured, is really high. 1.45 and then boosts up to 1.55v. When in Windows I've been using the Ryzen Balanced power plan and the voltage of the CPU never goes below 1.45v even when the CPU is idle. I switched to the Windows Balanced power plan which does bring the voltage down to 0.85 but the CPU temps still quite high at 39c at idle and still very high under load at 80c.

Hi Guys.
I'm happy to report that after setting up my BIOS manually my CPU now idles at 35c and only goes up to 65c under load. Much better than what it was on auto. Will test with new BIOS when available.

Flashed the latest Bios Version, didn't really notice any difference. Same overclocking settings as on 4011 are working just fine.
- G.Skill Flare X (2x8GB) 3200MHz overclocked to 3466MHz with 1.45v, auto soc v (which is 1.15) with the Stilts fast b-die timings for 3333MHz.
- Ryzen 5 2600X overclocked to 4.2GHz 1.381v LLC Level 3 max temp under 100% load 70.3C on H115i 280mm AIO Watercooler fixed 1200rpm on Radiator Fans.
I also gave performance enhancer lvl 3 another try on this BIOS with pbo enabled and scalar on auto. Single cores boosting to 4.25GHz with voltage peaks up to 1.55v. I just prefer the manual allcore overclocking for now since I do some heavy tasks on my PC.
I haven't tested if the blackscreen issue is still there when I run HWInfo and Corsair Link at the same time, I'm used to closing Link by now when I want to use HWInfo to monitor stuff.
I've had no issues overclocking my memory on Bios 4018 aswell as on Bios 4011 so the new one is kinda useless for me, anyway I always flash the latest version for the sake of it.

I assume that's 1.381v under load with LLC 3?

lastly the bottom line: Don't expect any performance gain from 2900+ Mhz up to 3200. It is simply intangible. So all of this suggestions is just for fun of overclocking.

This is just plain nonsence... ofc there is performance gain ryzen just scales super well with faster memory.. fps wise you might not gain that much (between 5-10 fps) but compare 2900+ to 3466 which this motherboard supports and do some benching and you'll notice the difference in your scores and workloads.
