ASUS ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING Booting issues

Hello guys

Im a long time intel user that recently switched ship as i got CPU and pcie gen4 drive. You can see the build here - https://www.facebook.com/pg/squadamPC/photos/?tab=album&album_id=3103712413069845

My problems started few days ago, the PC could not boot at 1st but after 2nd try there was no problem so i let it go.
Yesterday it took 3 tries to turn it on and it made me wonder...

Today i had to turn in on and off 5 times till it finally boot...

Any ideas?

my specs are:
RYZEN 3800X @4,3GHz/1,9GHz(1,3v) IF + 32GB Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 3800 CL18 1TB Corsair MP600 ASUS ROG Strix X570-F Gaming EVGA T2 1000W Titanium GALAX GeForce RTX 2080Ti

Is your bios SOC voltage in auto?
If so change to manual and set it to 1.050 save and reboot.
A known issue on some x570 boards.
