Asus ROG Strix x570-E random reboots when idle.

Currently have a Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti Master with BIOS 94.02.71.40.45 dated Jun 2, 2021. Motherboard is Asus ROG Strix x570-E Gaming with BIOS 4021 dated Sept 9, 2021. Machine "randomly" reboots for not obvious reason. Have new Corsair 850W power supply.

Reset the BIOS with no OC. Can't figure out why the system reboots when at idle. Gaming/bench-marking or general use the system is stable.
System power profile is set to "always on" except power down display after 15 minutes.
Any ideas appreciated - thanks,

Hello, I also had a similar problem after updating the BIOS or Windows 10, the shutdown @Disable C-State for CPU in BIOS@ helped so far there are no reboots.

Wow - so far not a single reboot or any issues since disabling CPU C-state in BIOS. Wonder why it changed. Previous card was a Gigabyte 3070TI which worked with no issues with CPU-state enabled.
