I flashed the mb bios to v 4021 but after windows is loaded the Q- code= 9E

9E=Reserved for future AMI codes

That is an information code, resulting from TPM enabled. It is not an error.

I confirm. My Q code is 9E too and I am still with the old BIOS 4002 but with enabled TPM.

I tested bios 4021 is not working, i have crash all the time with win 11 pro x64, only 4005 is ok and 4010, I had no problems, i spoke with the support from asus and they told me that win 11 is beta, for now they will not offer support for only to 4005 until it officially appears, through which they will launch new drivers. Now it remains to be seen if the next bios will have support. they also said that it does not guarantee that everything will work ok with 4005.
my specs: 5600x, 32gb viper, 2080 super

I tried 4021 out and didn't have any crashes but have gone back to 4005. One of the reasons was with 4021 in the Samsung Magician benchmark with my 980 1TB Pro the random iops write and read scores were miles slower than with 4005.

rolled back to 3604 from 4021. Since all the the new 4000+ bios only creates kernal power error (41) during my game streams, so the game and streamlabs program shutsdown. really annoying.

My setup

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3080 Aorus Extreme
CPU: AMD 3900X 12c/ 24t
MB: ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING
RAM: G-SKILL RIPJAWS 4x8gb 3600Mhz Cl 16
SSD 1: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 250GB
SSD 2: Kingston A2000 1Tb
SSD 3 Samsung 850 EVO 500gb
PSU: Corsair RM1000X

Update

Edit: the RAM usage is enormous with 3604= 12gb is used the main menu for warzone. And when i stream the ram usage go up to 16gb !!! and no crashes/ reboots at all.

But with the new 4000+ bios firmware did the ram usage drop to 3- 5 gb when playing and streaming warzone ??? but i had crashes " kernal power error ( 41) and random reboots to make up for the less ram usage. So something has for sure change the ram/ power settings/ usage with the new 4000+ bios.

EDIT: faulty ram was detected during memtest86 ( A new 2x8gb ripjaws kit since over amonth ago )

After update ,new bios 4021 i have a new pc,my cpu stay in iddle on 32-38 degrade,in full load max 68 degrade, and strange-now peeks....,with old bios i have peeks voltage 10-15 degrade, before in iddle 50-55 degrade, full load 72-75 degrade.nothing change in bios, load default settings,my cpu boosting with all cores to 4,4,but i see the max voltage was 1,49v,is not to much? power mode is ultimate performance

More than two months since the last BIOS release... Is the mobo going out of maintenance?

I wouldn't think so. There are probably no important bugs pending resolution. I would imagine there will be a new BIOS for the v-cache 5xxx series processor updates due in the next couple of months.
