For me, bios 4408 makes a slight improved scores in both Cinebench R20 & R23 scores with like for like BIOS settings from the previous BIOS with Windows 11 and no noticeable improvements in Windows 10.

If nothing else, is worth the update for me.

Updated chipset, saw I missed something when running the previous test mentioned above
New 3D Mark score is 18441

That's the highest score I've gotten since last year when I upgraded to windows 11.
Last run on windows 10 was Sep at 18870

Hello, I have miss all the info about last BIOS-es. But last 4408 version reminds me about last stable old 2606. For the first time from long time, when I play with BIOS settings and RAM timings, my PC don't do full cycle of shutdown and power on. Even, when update BIOS from 4403, there wasn't such cycle. I think this will be our last BIOS or may be pre last, if there don't rise up some security issue. 👍

On 4408 and got a new random issue never had before.

X570 E gaming Latest Bios boot issue
Since updating to 4408, PC still booting fine, but when I push the power button everything turns on, aura lights, all fans, and about 1 second passes everything shuts off, 3-4 second pause then it starts as normal? Any reason why it is suddenly doing this with the new bios?

Bios is unmodded apart from DOCP activated to run at 3600 than 2600 which it defaults too. This has not been an issue with any other bios.

Ryzen 3900x
128 GB RGB Trident Z DDR4 3600 Ram
Nvidia 1070 8GB
Asus thor 1200 watt PS
Op system drive - 1 TB Samsung M.2
Installed latest chipset driver but no difference.

I read somewhere that this is normal, that is it for full memory training. In windows, I can see that I am still sucessfully running at 3600 (essentially an over clock then). What are your thoughts? It's a changed behaviour with this bios but perhaps it will be more stable? Is it bad to allow this to occur every boot?
