ASUS rog crosshair x670e hero doesn’t POST.

CPU: AMD 7950x

aio: kraken x63

Mobo: ASUS ROG Crosshair X670e Hero

Ram:  G.Skill Trident Z5 RBG (2 x 16gb) (‎F5-6400J3239G16GA2-TZ5RK)

Also I’m using the onboard hdmi for video output. There are no q-codes on segmented display, but the Dram led  goes on as soon as I start my pc. No video signal everything turns on as if it’s on .
