I recently had built a computer and when I put the graphics card into slot 1, the graphics card wouldn't function. I put it into slot 2 and it worked fine. However, I now have my Elgato Game capture card in slot 1 and the PC doesn't recognize that the card is in there. Could it be a bad PCIe slot?
