Instability creeps in the higher you OC it's as simple as that. Just make sure your cooling is as efficient as possible

I got a 3950X + Asus Crosshair VIII Hero X570.
I got a golden CPU imo, it can do 4.3Ghz at 1.296 volt and 4.4Ghz at 1.316 volt, but as soon as it hit 84-86c the system shutdown and I get this error after.
So Why does this happen at 84-86c only? ChipsÃ¦t on the mortherboard is no more than 61c and others under 60c.
Got the newste bios.
