Asus B450-Plus II upgraded bios to 4402 > windows doesnt boot

I can only now boot it from bios itself. Tried various priority boot (Win boot manager, ssd itself), but it doesn't help. Any ideas what to do ?

Ok, i was SMART error for 2nd old hdd. Disabled smart in bios and all is Ok.
