ASUS AMD AM4 ROG Strix X570-E Gaming ATX Motherboard Lights Help

Hi I have a ASUS AMD AM4 ROG Strix X570-E Gaming ATX Motherboard and no matter what setting I change in the BIOS I can't get the RGB lights to run off when I shut down my computer.

Any help ? drives me crazy as my towers in my room and I like it dark when I sleep.
