The Ryujin III 360 Extreme ARGB fans lights are off

I have installed the Ryujin III Extreme and the fans are working, but the lights are off. I do not see the option for lighting affects in armory crate for the device and they do not follow the case fans. I checked all the cables and all are ok. They were working when when I first built the PC, but at some point they stopped working within a few hours

Same thing happened to me... fans have worked fine until today. Tried updating BIOS, reinstalling Armoury Crate, can't get them to come back online.

1. Are you currently using the Aura Sync feature? If you use the lighting effects on the device alone, do they function correctly?
2. Did this issue occur after updating any specific firmware?
3. Please provide the Armoury Crate logs for our reference.

The log files contain detailed information about the software's operation, which can help our backend team identify the issue. 
Please ensure that the logs accurately capture the moment the issue occurs. (Please enable logging, perform the problematic operation once, and then package the logs.)

After completing the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and provide the link along with the approximate time and method of operation for our analysis. 
Also, please provide your product serial number.

1. I am using Aura Sync, however the case fans are all have ARGB working, but the ones on the Ryujjin III 360 Extreme are not. 
2. i had built the PC and the lights were working, however at some point they stopped. it might have been when i installed the driver for Ryujin III 360 Extreme in Armory Crate.
3. Unlike Strix 4080 Super GPU, there is no option for lighting and there is no function for me to test the lighting on the Ryujin III 360 Extreme. Armory Crate Log

To confirm whether your cooler lighting can be synchronized with other devices, please help us with the following:

1. Armoury Crate Devices: Please open the Armoury Crate software and check if you can see the "Addressable LED Strips" option in the device list.
2. Lighting Settings: If you see the "Addressable LED Strips" option, please click on it and configure the lighting settings. Confirm that your cooler lighting is correctly configured and synchronized with other devices.

Since ARGB devices are usually displayed as "Addressable LED Strips" in Armoury Crate, please first confirm whether this option exists.

I checked Armory Crate, I do not see "LED Strips" in the device list, however, I do see it under Armory Sync

Regarding the Armoury Crate software lighting synchronization settings, if you need to adjust the water cooling lighting, please check the "Addressable LED Strips" option. This option is the name of your water cooling device.

In the Armoury Crate software, ARGB devices will be displayed as "Addressable LED Strips".

would there be an issue if the fans were attached to CPU fan and ARGB instead of chassis fan and ARGB?

patch due after CNY, hopefully that will fix it. Ensure it's not due to MS Dynamic Lighting attempting to take priority.
