Ryujin III brightness issue

IMG_1888.jpgMy ryujin iii is new but i cant help but think it should be brighter.  It was on 70% with new system install - but adjusting it to 0 or 100% doesnt change the brightness.  Any workaround?  

I have reformatted the computer recently

I have reinstalled armoury crate

based on your question, are you adjusting the brightness in Armoury Crate? 
In which option did you set it to 70%? Can you provide a screenshot? 
What is the current lighting effect you have? 

May I inquire when did the issue started to occur?

Have you change any setting or update anything then the issue occur?
Have you used the official uninstall tool to uninstall and reinstall the software? 
If the issue persists, please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center page and logs for analysis.

Hello, its been weeks and still have yet to hear from anyone. 

I am still waiting to hear from you.  Could I please have a response?

This is a brand new system.  But watching youtube videos my screen seems much dimmer.  So I noticed it as soon as I booted.

I have only used Armoury Crate to check/adjust brightness.  It was defaulted on 70% - I am thinking it might be stuck at 70% becasuse when I raise or lower the brightness (in AC) it doesn't change at all.
