I just installed the Ryujin III AIO. All works great, but I cannot change the pump display to show anything else than the original gif - I am using the Aida64 Extreme version downloaded from the Asus website.

It seems it detects the device nothing happens, no matter what template I chose. Any ideas?

Hi @Hwnc ,

To better assist you with the issue of not being able to change the template on the Ryujin III AIO liquid cooler's OLED screen, we would like to gather more information:

  1. Please confirm that the liquid cooler is installed correctly and the pump is operating normally. Is the OLED screen completely off?
  2. Can you find the Ryujin III AIO liquid cooler device in Device Manager? If not, there may be an installation issue.
  3. Have you downloaded and installed the Armoury Crate software? Can the Armoury Crate software recognize your liquid cooler device? Please provide a screenshot of the device page in Armoury Crate.
  4. Please ensure that the firmware of your liquid cooler device is up to date. You can update the firmware through Armoury Crate.
  5. If the problem persists, please provide the Armoury Crate log file for our reference.

The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.
Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:
Please refer to Q5: What is APP Diagnostics? (New Feature)
https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1043747/#a14
Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message.
Also, please provide us with your product serial number.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.

Hi, you might wanna set it up manually, a bit labourious but it gets what I need.

Also, you need to "turn off" ryujin display in armoury crate for Aida64 to work.
