Ryujin III 360 on Crosshair x870 Hero LCD turning off problem

Hello, so far my Ryujin III 360 has been newly installed on Crosshair x870e Hero and LCD of AiO started to turning off randomly, I've been using cooler for a while on x570 Crosshair Dark Hero platform and I never occur this issue, so can you please check it? I made a record from armoury crate, hope it helps.

LCD comes back after a while but this is not just a minute OFF, I think this is more serious. I got new install of windows so my system is more than fresh 🙂

To help us better troubleshoot your AIO cooler LCD screen not displaying issue, we would like you to confirm the following:

  1. Software update and reinstall: Please ensure that your Armoury Crate software is up to date and try reinstalling it. You can also try repairing the installation to see if it resolves the issue.
  2. When the issue occurred: When did this issue start? Was it present from the beginning of purchasing the product or did it appear later?
  3. Hardware connection: Please ensure that the power cable of the AIO cooler is securely connected to the motherboard or power supply unit. You can try plugging the power cable into a different power outlet to see if it improves.
  4. Power supply: If your computer's power supply unit has a lower wattage, it may not be able to supply power to all hardware simultaneously, causing the AIO cooler's LCD screen to be unstable. We recommend that you check the specifications of your power supply unit to ensure that it has sufficient wattage.
  5. Firmware update: Please ensure that your motherboard BIOS and AIO cooler firmware are up to date. You can visit the ASUS website to download the latest firmware and update it.
  6. System check: Please check the event viewer for any display-related error messages. Additionally, please check the device manager and Armoury Crate to see if the AIO device is correctly recognized.
  7. USB connection: You can try connecting the USB cable of the AIO cooler to a different USB port to see if it improves the display issue.
