RYUJIN III 360 EXTREME (NOT WORKING WITH AIDA64)

Hi, I'm not sure about this but my Ryujin 360 LCD broke  and I was replaced with Ryujin 360 Extreme version. NOw my problem, I can't make Aida64 display working. 

What i did.

1. Turn off display in Armory crate

2. Enable LCD in aida64 but

3. the display is all white,

Regarding the issue you encountered, we would like to confirm the following points:

1. Can the AC monitor display normally when used alone?
2. If you have both Armoury Crate and AIDA64 installed and wish for AIDA64 to control the LCD display, please set the Armoury Crate display control mode to [OFF].
3. When both Armoury Crate and AIDA64 are installed and configured for LCD display, the LCD will show the graphical mode set by Armoury Crate.
   Please help us confirm the above information.

Hello. I did not. I sent back for RMA, seems ROG has quality issues these days.

Did the replacement work with AIDA64?

Still waiting though, but i think it’s asus side that has the problem. Aida detected as OK. Maybe asus should work on it i think

Thanks for the replies, I did contact the team at AIDA64 who said it's a problem within Asus SDK and must be fixed Asus side, and there was also another user on the forums with the exact same issue, my friend who has recently got this cooler said his one isn't working with AIDA64 either, so it seems like devs need to update the SDK and a RMA isn't necessary (hopefully someone can raise this internally), I went through 4 motherboards, 1 non asus and 3 asus, so that rules out that.

To more accurately determine the cause of the issue, we need you to provide the Armoury Crate system logs. Please assist us by providing the following information:

1. Armoury Crate logs: Please provide the Armoury Crate system logs file.
2. Log focus: Since you want to use AIDA64 to control the LCD display, please check the logs for entries related to "set the Armoury Crate display control mode to [OFF]". This will help us understand if the Armoury Crate control mode is being turned off.
3. Testing: Please confirm whether the LCD screen can be lit normally without using AIDA64 to control it. This will help us determine if the issue is related to AIDA64.

The log files contain detailed information about the software's operation, which can help our backend team identify the issue. 
Please ensure that the logs accurately capture the moment the issue occurs. (Please enable logging, perform the problematic operation once, and then package the logs.)

After completing the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and provide the link along with the approximate time and method of operation via private messege for our analysis. 
Also, please provide your product serial number.

I have same issue, it work with AC but AIDA not working
