I just got and installed my cooler and the screen after running for about 15 minutes is now ghosting and stuttering on the bottom when i turn up the brightness i have owned it for less than 24 hours brand new and only run it for 30 minutes im hoping  this isn't permanent. i have tried swapping the usb it was plugged into disconnecting it and updating the software on armoury and nothing is working please let me know if you know of any fixes

We sincerely apologize for the issue you are experiencing. We would like to confirm the following points:

  1. Did you perform any updates before the issue occurred?
  2. Have you ensured that the firmware for your ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB Extreme is updated to the latest version?

If you have already updated to the latest version, tried changing the USB slot, replugging the device, and updating the Armoury Crate software, but the problem still persists, we recommend taking the product to the nearest official service center for further assistance. 

Alternatively, since you recently purchased it, you may also contact the retailer for support.
