RYUJIN III 240 display not working

I'm unable to get the display to turn on. I'm using AIDA64 instead of armoury crate because my computer will not install armoury crate as I keep getting error 601. I do have an MSI motherboard but I don't think that should have any issues with installing the software. My AIDA64 is able to get to the ROG custom display setting and then when I click on the 4 default options that appear, the display loads and then just goes blank. Can someone please help?

based on your question, may I ask for your assistance in confirming the following:

  1. Can you please confirm when the issue started occurring? Was Armoury Crate unable to install from the beginning? If there are any error codes, please provide screenshots.
  2. Can you confirm if the liquid cooling system is functioning properly but only the display screen does not turn on? Does it mean that the screen does not show any visuals? If possible, please provide a video of the issue occurring for our reference.
  3. Have you confirmed that the liquid cooling system is correctly connected to the motherboard?

1) The issue started occurring immediately when I got the Ryujin III 240 and was trying to modify the LCD display. I was never able to install armoury crate. The error I receive is 601.

2) The cooling system is working properly. The display screen turns on but it stays at its default setting. When I tried using AIDA64 to change the screen, the screen just becomes black.

3) Yes, the liquid cooling system is correctly connected.

BIOS Version: American Megatrends International LLC 1.60 5/30/2023

MOBO: MSI MPG B650 Edge Wifi

OS: Windows 11

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7700x

Regarding your issue with the inability to install Armoury Crate and the appearance of error message 601, we recommend providing a screenshot of the error message and downloading the Armoury Crate Lite Log Tool for the backend team to investigate the installation failure. 

For detailed instructions, you can refer to section "1-3-1. Installation failed" in the link provided.

After recording, please upload the file to a cloud storage platform, grant access permissions, and send me the link via private message.
