Ryujin 3, flickering rgb on rad and mobo, a crate fails 4/5 way on periph install

Just finished building my new pc today. Apex encore z790, ryujiin 3 cooler, rog strix 4090rtx, trident z5 2x24gb 8200, i9 14900kf, 2tb m.2 msi spatium m570 with heatsync, evga 1000w g psu, nzxt h9 elite case.  

Soon as i turned it on, lights on 3 rgb fans of radiator were flickering, along with mobo rgb. Tried to install armoury crate, failed 4/5 of the way through peripheral installation wirh error code 602. Did the the uninstall, reset windows, same dumb ******. Error code 602. Cant control lighting on these 3 fans. Flickers, sometimes it doesnt, but stuck on red. Switch to addressable rgb header on mobo instead of argb, flicker stops but cant change rgb, if i change a color in addressable, starts flickering again. 

Excuse my language, but what in the actual ****** ****** is? This is absurd and downright fu**ing annoying.

Uninstalled armoury crate and just did aura sync, still not showing up to sync rgb.

Flashed bios, when updating led firmware it went solid, then flickered again

I cant imagine any other 3rd party is going to detect this..if so tell me what?

Based on your issue, are you currently unable to install Armoury Crate? 
If so, please use the Armoury Crate Lite Log Tool as instructed in the link "1-3-1. Installation failed".

After recording the logs, upload them to the cloud, grant access permissions, and then send the link to me via private message. 
Also, please provide the product serial number.

the issue is my Ryujin 3 360 rgbs flicker on fans when connected to ARGB header on z790 maximus apex encore, flicker red and do not show in aura sync in armoury crate.  do not change color and brightness of light is extremely dim.

may I inquire if you are currently able to install Armoury Crate? 
If not, please follow the instructions in my previous message to provide the AC Lite log. 
Additionally, have you encountered an issue where, when connecting the AIO cooler to the RGB header, the cooler fan lights flash red? 
If switching to the ARGB header, there is no flashing issue, but you are unable to adjust the fan lights in Armoury Crate? 
Does attempting to change the lighting settings cause the flashing issue to reoccur?
We would appreciate it if you could provide a video of the issue occurring along with logs for our reference. Thank you.
If you can successfully install Armoury Crate now, please follow the steps below to provide logs.

I was unable to install Armoury crate lite without a 602 error on the peripheral installation portion of the install.

I used the uninstall tool, same thing happened.
Reset windows 10, same thing

Clean installed windows 11, downloaded the full package instead of lite and then manually updated everything through update tab. No change to flicker or showing up in Aura Sync

Connecting to RGB header stops flickering but cannot change colors and the light is very dim, that was one of the first things I did. I also swapped usb 2.0 headers, nothing. I also reseated all the fans on the rad and also switched the male and female cord connecting to the fans. no change.

connecting to ARGB header starts the flicker again and is also very dim, half of each fan also seems only to light up on both RGB and ARGB header

Now one fan is not lighting up at all which you will see in the video. I set the other RGBs to red to mitigate the effect of the flickering red rgb on the rad fans.

I dont see how I can provide a log of Armoury crate lite during an install if it is installing and not recording the log to begin with? And id rather not have to spend half a day reinstalling, YET AGAIN, just to provide a log of armoury crate lite, if even possible during an install when record log has not yet been checked.

This is actually a MAJOR inconvenience, for the money spent, this cooler should work no problems, right out of the box.

Ill message you with the the log i just recorded of when switching colors, the serial number of the cooler, video and pics.

Everything else with the cooler works fine but the rgbs on the 3 rad fans.

based on the information in your private messages, it seems that you have already installed Armoury Crate. 
Therefore, the issue with the 602 error during the installation of Armoury Crate should be resolved. 
Do I understand this correctly? 
Are you currently experiencing flickering issues with the three RGB fans on the liquid cooler and the RGB lights on the motherboard?
