Ryujin 2 not working

So a good while ago while playing apex my entire pc started lagging and the display of the aio turned black after a quick restart everything seemed to be fine again until i have noticed that the aio sometimes would not show in armory crate and when it did i couldnt change the gif on the display. then one week later while booting my pc the display of the aio stayed off and the fans were spooling up to max speed for around 5 seconds and then shutting of resulting in a consant loop of the same thing over and over again.

Any idea what caused this issue and is it fixible`?

Please help us confirm the following:

1. Firmware update: Have you updated the cooler's firmware to the latest version? You can check and update it through Armoury Crate.
2. When did the problem start: Was this issue present from the beginning when you purchased the product, or did it appear recently?
3. Software reinstallation: We recommend that you completely uninstall and reinstall Armoury Crate to rule out any software conflicts.
4. Power supply: Please ensure that your power supply unit can provide enough power to support the normal operation of the cooler. Insufficient power may cause instability.
5. Connection cable check: Please check all the connection cables of the cooler to ensure they are secure and there are no damages or looseness.

If the problem persists after checking the above, we recommend that you send the product to a nearby authorized service center for inspection and repair by our professional engineers.
