ROG Ryuo + OC Frame

Greetings,

Maybe someone can answer my question, I have 9700k and ROG Ryuo 240m cooling it.

What I am thinking is maybe to delid the thing and put OC-Frame on it.

But I've heard that the different coolers won't fit or will be need to find shorter screws.

Will Ryuo work "out of the box" ?

Any thoughts ?
