ROG RYUO III 360 ARGB, RGB is still working when system is shutdown

Hi

This is my system

TUF GAMING X870-PLUS WIFI
ROG RYUO III 360 ARGB

when i shutdown the system CPU cooler RGB is still working, even i change this option below in bios to Aura Off
Advanced\Onboard Devices Configuration\LED lighting\When system is in sleep, hibernate or soft off states.
but i think this option doesn't effect on CPU cooler, because the cooler is connect to USB port. what should i do?

1. Please go to Armoury Crate → Device Settings → ROG RYUO III and set the lighting effect to Off, then check if this resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, please provide the Armoury Crate log and your product serial number via Pm box so we can forward the details to our backend team for analysis.

The log contains detailed information about the software’s operation and will help our backend team identify the root cause.
Please make sure the log captures the exact moment the issue occurs:

• Tick the “Log” checkbox
• Reproduce the issue
• Package the log file

How to collect the Armoury Crate log file:

After collection, please upload the log file to a cloud drive and send us the cloud link, the time of occurrence, and the steps to reproduce the issue via private message. Also, please provide your product serial number for reference.

i just enable Erp in bios for s4+s5 . now when  the system is shutdown ,cpu cooler is off too.
