Hi all,
After launching FC25 on Windows 11, the CPU temperature shows as "N/A", and the pump speed control stops working entirely. I’ve tried restarting, resetting the pump, and checking for firmware updates, but nothing works.
This issue didn’t occur with previous FC versions, so it seems specific to FC25. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Aureliannn_ROG ,
I am experiencing an abnormal temperature display issue, and here are the details you requested:
Problem Description:
The issue occurs after launching certain games, including FC25 and Battlefield 2042, and persists even after closing these games until the system is restarted.
Windows Event Viewer logs indicate that the "Asus COM Service" crashes and does not restart correctly.
Reinstalling FC25 did not resolve the issue, nor did reinstalling Windows 11 and all drivers.
The issue began about a month after purchase, following an update of either Armoury Crate or FC25 software. Initially, everything worked fine.
Hardware connections are secure, and there is no overclocking; all settings are configured to default values for the CPU and RAM (EXPO is disabled).
