ROG Ryujin III 360 CPU TEMP N/A AND GPU TEMPS IS WORKING FINE

HI  guy i wonder if anybody else has the same issue   when i boot up no issue but then when i start playing a game cpu temp hangs  and eventually after a while   i end up with cpu temp n/a  and like gpu temp 60 degrees

Our engineering team has confirmed that AIOFanSDK 3.00.19 and AIOFanHal 1.3.8.0 updates were released on September 9th. 

We recommend updating your Armoury Crate to the latest version and checking if the issue has been resolved.

If the problem persists after the update, please provide the following information so we can assist you further:

• Your PC model
• Operating system version
• Armoury Crate version (after the update)
• A detailed description of the issue
• Armoury crate log

The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.
Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:

i will when i can  and also what i think is  that it might have something to do witgh  another post of mine about asus com service not responding  after i boot up battlefield 2042 then  i notice the cooler temps will stop checking the temps and eventually when i restart the service  i end up with cpu tem n/a  also  

my spec are   rog maximus hero XI latest bios   ,    cpu is  intel core i9 9900k   , gpu is  asus tuf 3070   , latest  version windows 11 fully  updated     and   also  all drivers latest versions    .

i still have to figure out about the armoury crate logs  but will share them when i can

Hi, I have the same problem for a long time with my Asus crosshair x670e Hero, Ryzen 7 7800 X3D and Asus RTX 4090 ROG, I think also is a software problem and I hope the last update from yesterday will solve this problem.

i can confirm i booted up helldivers 2 on steam and cooler and all runs as normal  so i think this might be a  issue with ea only games or maybe even with battlefield 2042   tbh i wouldnt be suprised that it has something to do with ea anticheat or something  cos i dont get the asus com service error with helldivers 2  and yest whatever i do or try it will pop up with  battlefield 2042  so it has to do something witth armoury crate and battlefield 2042 and also even maybe the  battlefield 2042 anticheat maybe disableing service or   asus com service maybe  what causes all these errors and stuff

pls asus and ea / dice fix the software   its 100% the  NEW ea anti cheat making the  4/500 euro cooler can show the hardware temps while playing a videogame

even went uying a z790  hero mobo and same story ! when  booted  battlefield 2042  and start playing  asus com service stopped responding great a  almost 600 euro motherboard combined with a 500 euro coller and it  cant function when playing battlefield 2042
