ROG Ryujin III 360 CPU TEMP N/A AND GPU N/A

Hello Guys i upgraded my to 9800x3d with the same AIO.
when i install AC it displays the temps just like it should be after restarting the PC the temps are gone and it displays N/A. then i can re install AC and it works till i restart the pc again.

CPU: 9800x3d
AIO: ROG Ryujin III 360
Ram: Corsair 6000 cl28

MB: x870e

Grafik: 6800xt ROG LC

1. Temperature display time: Is it only when you just restarted that the temperature cannot be displayed? How long does it take for the temperature to display normally?
2. When did the problem occur: When did this problem start? Did it only occur after you replaced the CPU?
3. Water cooling firmware: Please confirm that the firmware of your water cooling equipment has been installed correctly and updated to the latest version.

the temps never display.they only display temps after reinstalling armory create, as soon as i shut down the pc and start it new the temps are N/A

i updatet everything what is showing up in AC. if i need update smth manually please let me know.

the problem occur after upgrading pc and new installation of windows 

upgrade from intel13600kf to 9800x3d along with MB 
the aio worked fine before 
temps are still great like under 65celsius in cinebench r23 no oc 
only expo
