Updated the thread, more or less "solved" the problem. Giving up on Armoury, as there seems to be a problem with the AIO that only really causes trouble if Armoury is installed. ASUS told me to send it in as RMA, but I'd rather just give up on the AIO system's fancy extras than to have to deal with Armoury any further. ASUS lost themselves a loyal customer (at least of any products requiring Armoury to fully function) by not having better software or providing OpenRGB with what they need to enable support for the Ryujin (I can set my ROG mouse to change colours according to CPU temp or battery level through OpenRGB, but Armoury doesn't detect my ROG monitor and crashes if the ROG AIO is connected...

Hi @W_ill ,

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. We understand the difficulties you've encountered with Armoury Crate, and we regret that you've had to forego the advanced features of your AIO system as a result.

To better understand your issue, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with some more detailed information:

  • Other issues: Besides the AIO-related issues, have you encountered any other problems with Armoury Crate, such as crashes, freezes, or functional abnormalities?
  • Crash scenario: When you mentioned that Armoury Crate crashed, could you please describe the specific situation? For example, what actions were you performing when the crash occurred? Were there any error messages?
  • Tried solutions: Have you tried reinstalling Armoury Crate, updating your graphics card drivers, updating your Windows system, or checking your system for any conflicting software?
  • Provide logs: If the above methods do not resolve your issue, to help us pinpoint the problem more accurately, please provide the Armoury Crate usage logs. You can find the log-related options in the Armoury Crate settings.

The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.
Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:
Please refer to Q5: What is APP Diagnostics? (New Feature)
https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1043747/#a14

Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message.
Also, please provide us with your product serial number.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.
