Hi guys!
I need some help.
I just bought mine AIO Ryujin II 240 today. And after i install, the things seem normally works!
The LCD screen is working also, yes. But i can not using the Armoury crate to change the showing, or sync color, or anythings with my AIO.
Actually, my Armoury has detected the AIO, but when i click in the AIO device, it's just nothing , only the blank sreen.
So what can i do for now?

based on your issue, it is suggest that you uninstall Armoury Crate then reinstall to confirm whether the issue still occur.
Also, could you please provide the Armoury Crate version, a screenshot of the Armoury Crate Update Center amd the black screen page when you click AIO device?

based on your issue, may I ask have you make sure that all the item list under ROG Ryujin II are all up to date?
May I ask whether the issue occur the first time you install ROG Ryujin II?
Or did the issue occur after you update anything?
In order to better assist you, could you help record and provide the relevant logs for us to investigate further?

Totul a fost ok, pana ce am reinstalat un nou windows, dupa care l-am instalat pe cel de dinainte, crezand ca cel nou nu este bun, insa problema a ramas aceiasi. Cu mouse`ul si tastatura nu am probleme, insa cu controlul ventilatoarelor, nu mai stiu ce sa-i fac, el se pare ca merge, se modifica si viteza ventilatoarelor cand intru in jocuri, logoul animat ruleaza pe lcd`ul ventilatorului, dar cand vreai sa intru in el, sa-mi setez afisarea temperaturi, viteze si toate cele, primesc acel mesaj cu pagina si F-1030 in paranteze, sau de multe ori, ramane negru.

To assist you better, we kindly request that you enable logging by checking the 'Record Log' option in Armoury Crate.
After doing so, please reproduce the issue you're facing.
Additionally, could you please provide us with the model of your motherboard?

My motherboard is Rampage V Etreme and my Ryujin fan worked fine
